The Institute for Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging proposes the organization of a Special Event, „Cybersecurity Diverse Top TALENT Attraction in Sofia, Bulgaria to create opportunities for the inclusion of more Bulgarian citizens into NATO bodies, with particular emphasis on:

•     IT Talents NEW Hires
•     Scholarships for people from underprivileged groups
•     NEW! War immigrants from UKRAINE, who fleed to BULGARIA

We stand firmly with NATO's dedication to uplift the collective development of all its member countries, more specifically the so-call "focus nations," which have less human capital representation in NATO headquarters and NATO bodies. Since Bulgaria is among NATO's focus nations, our primary goal is to proactively source the opportunities for Bulgarian Diverse talent attraction, plus adding value for enriching the life of Ukrainian citizens who currently live on the territory of Bulgaria.
