Hi, I'm Lila!

I am a Psychologist and AMI-certified Montessori expert with 10+ years of experience strategizing complex Wellness, Childcare development, and social impact programs in Corporate - like Hewlett-Packard and the Governmental and NGO sectors in Bulgaria, The Netherlands and Spain.
Having lived in 4 countries (BG, USA, ESP, NL) and speaking four languages (BG, ENG, ESP, NL), I am an expert at empowering diversity in all its forms.

My heart has a special bond with people and children from underprivileged communities, and I am glad to have written, won, and successfully delivered many initiatives for those two groups already in Bulgaria via US Embassy in Sofia and NGOs in Spain!

Hi, my name is Sven!

I have 10+ years of Senior Expert level experience in:
- Social Project management;
- Planning and Strategic Advisory;
- Policy-making;
- Networking in private-public Governmental settings.

I am at my best when I soften clashes between different cultures' "icebergs," manage cross-organizational conflict, "bridge" the seemingly unbridgeable, lead from my authentic core, facilitate the communication and acknowledgment of different values, and last but not least - turn the privileged ones into allies for the underprivileged.

My passion is advocating for social change while combining Psychology, Sociology, and body-oriented Psychotherapy.
In my daily work on a national scale (The Netherlands), I apply a trauma-informed perspective when handling taxing social problems such as, but not limited to - unemployability, physical disabilities, mental health challenges, and immigration.
